Every time you advance to the next Day, you will need to choose what department to expand for the newly extracted Abnormality’s Containment Unit.
Each time you expand a department, its Expansion Level will increase.
When the Expansion Levels of all current departments reach the maximum, new departments will become available for opening.
In cases where two departments can be opened at the same time, either department can be opened and expanded at your choosing without the need to maximize the Expansion Level of the other.
