The Manual

Emergency Levels
If an Abnormality escapes, or employees die or panic, an alarm will sound depending on the severity of the situation.
First Trumpet
An Abnormality has breached and poses a minor threat to the facility and its employees.
Second Trumpet
It’s not too late to improve the situation. A competent manager can handle this much. Of course, it will cost several employees.
Third Trumpet
It would be a miracle if you recover from this situation. Most employees have died, and it will be nigh impossible to suppress the breaching Abnormalities.
