How to use Tools
1. Click the Containment Unit of the Tool Abnormality to open the Order UI, then send an Agent to use it.
2. The Agent will equip or use the Tool Abnormality.
3. The Agent can be ordered to stop usage of a channeled use Tool or return an equippable Tool by clicking again on the Containment Unit.
